Opening on the 1st March 1977, the Idiot World Tour visited three countries and produced of twenty-nine performances. The band consisted of: Iggy Pop (vocals), David Bowie (keyboards and backing vocals), Ricky Gardiner (guitar), Tony Sales (bass) and Hunt Sales (drums) Stacey Heydon (Guitar) and Scott Thurston (Piano, guitar, harmonica & synthesizer). UK Punk band The Vibrators supported Iggy for the six gigs in England. In the USA and Canada, Blondie supported from the 13th March onwards.
