Notes: Liberated vinyl bootleg record, 2nd gen from vinyl, ex- to ex aud - This is a copy of the bootleg record "Death Riders/Their Satanic Majesties Return". It's a famous great-sounding bootleg record with a mysterious history that I know little about. The complete recording DOES exist but the taper is sitting on it and refuses to release the entire show. As always, if you have a better-sounding version of this concert, especially a direct copy from virgin vinyl, by all means PLEASE UPLOAD IT!!! God bless you Ronald James Padavona and rest in peace. The Providence Civic Center bootleg is an audience recording, in binaural stereo. It is often confused with the Hartford Civic Center bootleg from August 10, 1980, which was an FM Broadcast. Both are excellent quality (if they were made from an early-generation tape). But The 'Death Riders' cover art and 'LSD' label make that edition of "Satanic Majesties Return" a collector's item for sure. -redaV_htraD-.
